Hello, I’m Amiel, owner of Amiel’s Pupkies. My journey with homemade dog treats began one Christmas when I prepared gift baskets for neighbors and friends, adding a special gift for all our puppy friends too. I created our beloved pumpkin dog treat recipe, and it was a hit! As I considered what to do once my 5-year-old started school, those dog treats lingered in my mind. I perfected the recipe several more times with the help of very happy friends to ensure it was just right. Then, I dove into research on how to make this passion my full-time career. After much testing and effort, I’m thrilled to share that I'm now licensed to sell, with my recipes approved by the state of Texas! I love baking and decorating natural dog snacks that I’m truly proud of. Knowing our treats are made with human-grade, wholesome ingredients allows you to feel good about what you’re treating your furry friend to. The most fulfilling part of this journey is witnessing the excitement on my customer’s slobbery faces as they eagerly gobble them down. This business not only brings joy to dogs but also gives me the freedom to attend my kid’s school events and be present in the evenings.
